Where are Worldwide orders shipped from?

Your order will be dispatched from one of our global fulfilment partners, depending on product availability and your delivery location. By shipping from multiple locations around the world, we’re able to:

  • reduce delivery times
  • improve product availability
  • and bring new collections to market faster

Your order will automatically be routed through the fulfilment centre that can deliver it to you most efficiently.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Shipping partners vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Standard Shipping; delivered through your country’s local postal network, including:

  • USA: USPS
  • Canada: Canada Post
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail
  • Rest of World: Your country’s local postal service

Express / Priority Shipping; Express and Priority orders are shipped via premium courier services, including:

  • DHL
  • FedEx

The carrier used will depend on your location and the fastest available service.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery timeframes vary slightly by location, but most worldwide orders arrive within the following windows after dispatch.

Standard Shipping:
4 – 10 Business Days

Express / Priority Shipping:
2 – 8 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing in your country.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?

United States & Canada
Orders are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means any applicable import duties and tariffs are covered by us, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Rest of World
Import duties and taxes vary by country. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable when your order arrives in your country. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country’s customs policies before ordering.

If required duties or taxes are refused, your parcel may be:

  • returned to us, or
  • destroyed by your local customs authority.

If a parcel is returned to us due to refused customs charges, we will contact you once it arrives back at our warehouse to organise the next steps.

Do you offer free international shipping?

Yes! We currently offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on orders over $300 USD.

This threshold will automatically apply at checkout when your order qualifies.

Do you ship to PO Boxes internationally?

Yes - we can ship to PO Box addresses in most countries when the shipping carrier supports it. If you select a courier service that cannot deliver to PO Boxes, you may be asked to provide a residential or business address instead.

Do international deliveries require a signature?

Where possible, we request signature on delivery to help safeguard your parcel. However, signature requirements can vary depending on:

  • your shipping carrier
  • your country’s delivery policies
  • and local courier procedures.

Returns

What is your international return window?

International orders follow the same return window as Australian orders. Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery.

Do you offer refunds or store credit?

Returns are processed according to our Returns Policy.

Eligible returns can receive:

  • Store Credit (110% bonus credit where applicable)
    or
  • Refunds, depending on the item and return reason.
Who pays for international return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We are currently working towards introducing simplified return labels in some regions.

Do you refund original shipping costs on faulty items?

Yes, if an item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will refund the original shipping cost associated with that item.

Do you provide return labels for international orders?

At this time, international returns are self-managed by the customer. This means customers organise their own return shipment / label.

We are working on introducing simplified international return options soon.

What currency is international store credit issued in?

International store credit is issued in USD, which is the base currency of our Worldwide store.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a Size Guide to help you find the best fit. You can view the Master Size Guide, here.

Our size charts include international conversions to make sizing easier for customers around the world.

What if I’m between sizes?

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

For styles with adjustable ties or stretch fabrics, you may be able to size down depending on your preferred fit.

Will SMILE fit the same as Moana Bikini?

Yes, the fit you know and love remains the same!

While the brand is evolving, our sizing and fit standards remain consistent across collections.

Fabric Care

How do I care for swimwear?

Our swimwear is made from 82% recycled polyester and 18% spandex.

To extend the life of your swim:

  • Rinse in cold, fresh water immediately after wear
  • Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
  • Lay flat or hang in the shade to dry
  • Avoid tumble drying, ironing, bleaching or dry cleaning
  • Avoid applying sunscreen, tanning oils or fake tan directly onto the fabric
Can I wear my swimwear in chlorine or hot tubs?

Yes, but we recommend limiting exposure.

High chlorine levels and prolonged heat can impact fabric integrity over time.

Always rinse thoroughly with fresh water after use.

How do I care for activewear?

Our activewear is crafted from Comfort Cloud™, a premium nylon / lycra performance blend.

Care instructions:

  • Cold hand wash preferred
  • Use mild detergent
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean
How do I care for crochet pieces?

Crochet items should be hand washed gently in cold water and laid flat to dry to help maintain their shape.

How do I care for sleepwear and cotton apparel?
  • Cold wash with similar colours
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid high heat drying to preserve shape and longevity
